As an update to an earlier post here, I present: everything on my TiVo. I've also put a link to it in the sidebar, along with the currently playing show.
It's a new drive, so I haven't quite caught up to redoing all my old season passes. Also it's being stored and served from another server of mine, so I've had to use iframes to pull it in, but it was a fun couple of hours of tinkering that got it all running.

Matt, you've got to stop spending so much time on your computer. Look at all those old episodes of "Good Eats," just waiting to be watched.
Hey, at least your keeping up on your "Pimp My Ride" episodes.

Koh Aoki has the same kind of information from his Sony Cocoon PVR on his weblog: http://drikin.com/
If you look on the right-hand side for "My Cocoon" you can see a listing of the shows that the PVR has archived for him. He's also created an RSS feed for himself so he's alerted anytime a new show is saved to the HDD.

Just think, in 30 months or so that TiVo will be filled up with Thomas the Tank Engine and Jay Jay the Jet Plane. Should be interesting to watch the transition...

Sometimes, I do believe, that I should never have upgraded to HDTV.. You see, there are no VERY larger storage options for the shows in this format, with the available receivers today.. So I am left to deleting content all the time.. Should have stayed with SDTV, things would have been better.. Then I could have a large library of shows with no worries.. but..

About some of the comment posters here. It's kind of geeky to post that your company's pvr is better than others. Its only TV people

I see that you have the same Daily Show problem that I do, I have to do a manual record to get just the latest (without so many dups). I do wish Comedy Central would set the new bit correctly.

Yeah the Daily Show metadata only shows up for new shows, and only about 50% of the time.
As to the question of why do this? I wish there was a way to share my season pass list with all my friends, so I could browse what they are watching and maybe give new shows a try.

So TiVo's remote scheduling app, TCO, allows you to create links now to shows or series. The script you use should make it so that when I click on a show, I can get the TCO page.
Get hacking!
